Trauma Therapy

Trauma is a chaotic experience that can be hard to understand. It often leaves people feeling on edge, fearful, disillusioned, and avoiding life. Other symptoms can include nightmares, upsetting memories, negative thoughts and feelings, anger, and low mood.

There are effective, evidence-based treatments to help with the aftermath of trauma. One-on-one sessions with Dr. Hunter to address trauma include either Prolonged Exposure or Cognitive Processing Therapy and are 50-minutes in length. You can join session either virtually (within Ontario) or in-person in London, Ontario.
